Our consultation services provide a focus on educational support for both individuals and groups. This service is well suited to beginner practitioners and to anyone interested in the area of family and child health development. The service delivery is tailored to your individual requirements and is intended to support your needs.
A hospital environment provides a sense of security and has an extensive support network available to all staff. Working in a community setting and relying on newly acquired skills as a beginning practitioner can often be overwhelming and very stressful. The focus of this service is to provide individual mentoring to nurses who are new to the area of family/maternal child health. This individual mentoring service supports clinical decision making through reflective practice at request via an agreed platform and time for face to face support.
